TWISTED GYROS finds inspiration from the Greek -style doner kebab known as ‘gyro’. Our take borrows influence from world travel and exposure to different cultures. The ‘twisted’ aspect of our name refers to a break from the traditional with exciting combinations and reinvented classics that awaken your senses and challenge you to twist your tastebuds. Pacific Northwest chefs Jason Kupper and Widi Kupper bring their culinary talent and experience to the table offering a modern approach to their tasty gyros filled with deliciousness to the amazing cities of Portland, Hillsboro, & Beaverton Oregon and beyond.
